2-year warranty service period

If the child stroller you purchased any defects caused by the material and production, or in the normal use of the environment can not achieve the use of the functions listed in the user manual and the use of technical parameters and other issues, baobaohao will provide you with a 2-year free warranty service. All applications for warranty services require a valid proof of purchase. baobaohao provides regional warranty service, your child stroller warranty service is only valid in the region or country where you purchased your stroller.

The warranty service includes.

• Provide repair parts to customers or stores for simple repairs
• Supply of replacement parts
• baobaohao only supplies replacement parts and service parts that have been fully tested by the manufacturer and are guaranteed to be easy to install with or without installation instructions
• baobaohao will only replace equivalent parts. Nevertheless, baobaohao reserves the right to withdraw certain product models, colors, fabrics, or accessories from the market at its discretion. Each warranty service does not extend the original warranty period of the product.

What products are covered by the additional warranty service?

This warranty service applies to all baobaohao children's strollers, and other categories of baobaohao, specifically including. Children's dining chairs, balance bikes, walkers, etc.

The following cases are not covered by the warranty service

• Natural wear and tear
• Extreme environments such as high humidity, salinity, snow and ice, as well as corrosion and rusting of wheels and frames caused by improper maintenance
• Forced installation of third-party components on baobaohao products that are incompatible with the product
• Damage caused by accident or negligence, or damage caused by abnormal use and improper care
• Improper storage or improper care
• Daily use under the handrail handle cover and fabric breakage
• Tire puncture
• Used carts or carts purchased from non-official authorized channels

ZHONGSHAN BAOBAOHAO CHILDREN PRODUCTS COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "baobaohao"), a manufacturer based in Guangdong Province, China, provides warranty services for baobaohao children's stroller products (hereinafter referred to as "Products"), details of which are as follows.

The warranty service includes.

• The warranty service provided by baobaohao is for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase as stated on the proof of purchase. The warranty period of the repaired product is limited to the remaining warranty period of the original product.
• baobaohao offers regional warranties and your stroller warranty is only valid in the country or region where your stroller was purchased. baobaohao guarantees that the product you purchased complies with the laws, regulations and governmental terms of the country or region where it was purchased. baobaohao reserves the right to apply different warranties to specific regions.
• This warranty policy applies only to products purchased for private use. This warranty policy cannot be applied to products acquired for business purposes or commercial use, such as commercial leases (but not limited to commercial leases).
• Unless baobaohao deems it necessary to return or exchange the product, baobaohao will do so in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
• baobaohao reserves the right to discontinue the production of a particular model, color, fabric or specific accessory, and therefore we may replace the relevant part with a similar product, color or fabric during the manufacturer's warranty period.
